Postage

I pride myself on minimising your postage costs, & will always refund any postage amount that is overcharged on my website - even if it is a measly amount. 

 

Orders received by 12 noon will be shipped on the same day. Any scheduled events that might impact postage times will be listed below. If you need your parcel urgently, I would highly recommend that you select the Express Post option (at checkout). Please contact me (email or live chat at bottom RHS of the website) with any questions that you might have in regard to postage times.

September 7 to 15 - Craft & Quilt Fair, Melbourne (stock in transit)
September 25 - Public Holiday
October 9 to 20 - Craft & Quilt Fair, Brisbane (stock in transit)
November 3 - Public Holiday
December 19 to January 5, 2027 - Christmas close dates

MISSING PARCELS:
All parcels are sent with Australia Post tracking. In the rare event that your parcel goes missing, I will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post, & work with them to determine an outcome. I will continue to update you, until the matter is resolved. If a missing parcel has been delivered the onus is with the recipient. 

NEW! LOWER POSTAGE RATES:
Australia Post has released an Extra Small tracked parcel option.
l will always do everything that I can to minimise your postage
costs, & will then refund you any postage that has been overpaid.
I have begun utilising these extra small satchels, & as a result, you
can expect to be paying less for small sized orders. Please don't
