Orders received by 12 noon will be shipped on the same day. Any scheduled events that might impact postage times will be listed below. If you need your parcel urgently, I would highly recommend that you select the Express Post option (at checkout). MISSING PARCELS:
All parcels are sent with Australia Post tracking. In the rare event that your parcel goes missing, I will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post, & work with them to determine an outcome. I will continue to update you, until the matter is resolved. If a missing parcel has been delivered the onus is with the recipient.

Australia Post has released an Extra Small tracked parcel option.
l will always do everything that I can to minimise your postage
costs, & will then refund you any postage that has been overpaid.
I have begun utilising these extra small satchels, & as a result, you
can expect to be paying less for small sized orders. Please don't
