Notification of faulty/damaged goods must be provided within 3 days of receipt of goods, giving full particulars &/or a photograph, if requested. Refunds are not offered on goods received on good order. No refund is offered on special order kits or customs bundles unless the goods agreed on at time of purchase are not supplied as promised.
