Club Subscription Info

When will my monthly club parcel be posted? In most cases, on the first Tuesday after your monthly payment has been processed. For example, if you subscribed on the 12th of the month, then your payments will be processed on the 12th of every month. Your monthly parcel would then be mailed on each Tuesday following the 12th of each month. There may occasionally be a delay, such as when I am away from the These Clever Hands studio (for a quilt event, or personal leave). Any postage delays can be found here.

Can you make changes to my subscription, eg. change the credit card my payments come from? The short answer - no. My website is fully secure, including the subscription system. This means that I cannot see bak or credit card details, nor make any changes to your subscription.

How do I go about merging two or more club mailings into one satchel? Just add your subscriptions to the shopping cart & the system will calculate the postage. If I can squeeze your parcels into a small satchel (& I will always try to do this - I detest being overcharged for postage!) then you will always receive a refund for the difference in what you have paid versus what it has cost.
