when will you post my order?
I always endeavour to ship orders received by 2pm (Monday to Friday, not including Victorian Public Holidays) on that same day. If an exceptional circumstance arises, impacting these turnaround times, a message will be on the top right hand side of the website (below the shopping trolley icon). Any current or upcoming holiday close dates will be detailed here: TUESDAY NOVEMBER 7 (Public Holiday).
Please note** - during My Biggest Ever Fabric Sale there may be some shipping delays. Rest assured that I will get your parcel on it's way as quickly as I possibly can. If you want to expedite the Australia Post delivery, you might want to consider the Express Post option.
what is your returns policy?
Every pack has been lovingly curated, with an eye for detail & great care. The website clearly lists all measurements & fabric details. I have every confidence that you will be delighted with your pack/s. That being said, if you are not happy with your purchase, please note the following:
All returns must first be authorised by email by TCH; must be received in their original, sold condition - fully packaged & intact; must be posted back to TCH at buyer's expense (I recommend registered post to allow tracking - if a parcel is "lost" a refund cannot be processed)
Please note: no refunds or returns are available for custom orders, patterns or clearance items; & refund does not include any postage - this is the buyer's expense
do you have a shop? can I collect my order?
No shop as such, I work from home. Unfortunately my business insurance does not allow me to offer order pick-ups.
do you ship internationally?
Yes! At present I offer shipping to Asia, New Zealand, USA, & Europe. If you live outside of these areas, please email for postal rates & I can organise to get a parcel to you.
can I place a special order?
Yes! If you would like a custom pack made, please email me (via the "Contact" tab) & I can put together a no obligation pack for you. If you would like more of a fabric that was in a pack, I will do my very best to assist you - whether it's to sell more to you, or guide you to a retailer with that same stock.
